I participated in one of Flim's Thai cooking classes in Toronto, ON, Canada during one of his visits here. It was an intimate setting with a good sized group of people and we had a blast! Flim has such an inviting and enthusiastic vibe about him, you can tell that he loves to cook and teach about Thai food. He made the lesson simple to follow and cooking the food was fun! In the end, the meals that we made together were delicious and now I have authentic Thai recipes to follow at home on my own.
