Plus qu'un repas... Un voyage en Thaïlande !!
Nous rêvions d'offrir un repas typiquement Thaï à nos amis qui connaissent tous ce merveilleux pays. Film a sublimé le moment !
Mille Mercis à Flim et son équipe pour cette délicieuse parenthèse autour d'un buffet plein de couleurs et de saveurs Thaï.
Tout y était ! La fraicheur des aliments, les épices, la variété des plats, mais aussi l'amour de la cuisine et l'envie de faire plaisir de Flim, qui sont présents dans chacun de ses plats. 40 personnes conquises par les mets et la personnalité du Chef !

We brought Flim in to cook for us (a group of 6) and were blown away! Not only is he a friendly, funny guy but the food he produced was exquisite. I chose the menu beforehand and it certainly didn't disappoint. Everything was so fresh and the flavours were delicious. My favourite dish was probably the Tom Yam soup or the glass noodle salad. We paid a little extra for a waitress which was also great as she served us and did all the washing up! I cannot recommend Flim more highly - fantastic food from a really great Chef. I can't wait til we're back in France as I will be calling him again!

Exceptionnel de A à Z . Nous avons passé une soirée formidable grâce a Flim et sa cuisine sa gentillesse son originalité ... sans contexte une soirée réussi . Nous sommes restaurateurs, et la famille et nos amis plutôt exigeant ... une trentaine d invités plus des enfants ...ils ont tous trouvé que le repas était délicieux. Le service était impeccable. C’était une réception réussie mais surtout grâce a une cuisine goûteuse avec de très bons produits frais .

I participated in one of Flim's Thai cooking classes in Toronto, ON, Canada during one of his visits here. It was an intimate setting with a good sized group of people and we had a blast! Flim has such an inviting and enthusiastic vibe about him, you can tell that he loves to cook and teach about Thai food. He made the lesson simple to follow and cooking the food was fun! In the end, the meals that we made together were delicious and now I have authentic Thai recipes to follow at home on my own.

Thank you  Flim Thai's Kitchen for the great experience I have with Flim doing this course.
I got lost of very good tips from Flim making everything from scratch and  today made my life  easier when Thai food is on demand.

J'ai fait appel à Flim qui à cuisiné pour mon anniversaire.
Ce type est unique, il a ramené la Thaïlande dans mon appartement, il nous a transportés et regalés.
Résultat : une quarantaine de personnes (dont 2 chefs cuisiniers) avec la banane et une soirée bien lancée.
En plus de l'excellente, abondante et authentique cuisine Thaï (c'est sa maman qui lui a appris dans la cuisine du restaurant familial à Surat Thani), son optimisme, sa bonne humeur et son sourire (vrai) sont communicatifs.
Bref je recommande l'expérience les yeux fermés !

Un buffet incroyable préparé par un chef super pour nos 3o ans ! Un moment de partage magnifique, une nourriture aux saveurs thaïlandaises très délicate avec des quantités généreuses !
Flim et son amie nous ont fait voyager et nous ont régalé les papilles.
Les plats nous ont été servis avec une belle présentation et beaucoup d amour.
Nous les recommandons vivement !

My husband and I were fortunate enough to have Flim come to our vacation home by the lake to cook for a large group celebrating as we do every year, the end of summer and the arrival of autumn. Not only did Flim’s food selection represent the beautiful change in colour of the season, but it was the most delicious food filled with the best of nature’s ingredients. While Flim took care of everything, our friends and colleagues enjoyed dining under the full harvest moon with Flim’s authentic tasting food, it was truly amazing. Thank you Film, you made everyone’s experience unforgettable. A true professional who satisfies everyone’s different likings to food. I would not hesitate to book Flim again for any dining celebration. We hope to do this again with Flim very soon!!

Amazing Food! Actually, Flim is one of the Best Thai Chef in the Côte d'Azur. Best quality and Fresh & Tasty Food! 

I met Flim thanks to a mutual friend whose an expert about Thai cuisine. She recommended Flim for a suprise I was organizing for my wife's birthday. Long story short, I meet with Flim to discuss menu and I can say that at that moment I was sure he was 1- in love with his culture and culinary principles 2- professional 3- a man of his words. 
He came on time with all the ingredients and plates, and we didnt have to worry about a thing...he was in control. All the evening went to perfection, the delicious food was amazingly displayed and everyone had spent a very good time thanks to him and his culinary skills. If you are looking for a professional, experienced, culinary artist Flim is your best choice on the French Riviera. We are looking for another event to work with him again soon....Bravo Flim keep on the good work man!
